High up in the mountain as in his Heimat, but with a nice Mediterranean sun. Deliciously round and salty wine, very light orange due to the 4 days of maceration. Add a little bit of carricante and moscatello to this mix and you have the perfect wine for a fried fish, pesce crudo or sashimi.
