Quite surprising wine made by Claude Staub under the hat of Les Vins Pirouettes. Full of tasty fruit that you don't directly associate with pinot noir (ripe plums and strawberries with a handful of raisins), despite the 14.5% alcohol, very accessible, but certainly also complex. Twenty days of maceration of whole bunches, then pressed with the feet (yes!), and aged in steel tanks. Worthy of the name Brutal.
