A delicious traditionally made bubble from the coziest part of Italy. The beautifully named malvasia aromatica di candia is mixed with some trebbiano, ortrugo and minescule bits of sauvignon blanc and marsanne. Expect a full, fresh wine that is not only delicious to drink as it is, but also works very well with meals. Due to the old 'col fondo' method, in which the yeast remains in the bottle after the re-fermentation, this wine can be very cloudy. The intention is to briefly move the yeast through the bottle beforehand and allow it to accompany the pouring.
