Delicious, slightly sparkling wine, typical of Emilia-Romagna. Ortrugo is a local grape that is normally blended with malvasia or moscato, but here it shows what it can do solo. And that's quite something: fantastic freshness with a little rustic edge that gives it a charismatic wink. From the first time we drank this wine, we immediately loved it. Please note, these wines can give a considerable deposit, since the yeast is not degorged from the bottle after refermentation. Don’t be alarmed, this is entirely the intention; it brings a lot of flavor and gives the wines the opportunity to develop.
