The proportion of varieties within the cuvage is 60% grenache, 35% cabernet sauvignon and 5% cartoixà. The cartoixà variety is white but added to the blend to favor the processes of pigmentation, which improves the stabilization of the color of wine. The wine has dark fruit (cherries, blackberries, blueberries ...) and a remarkable intensity. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky, very round and soft, but still juicy. No sulfer added.
